Artwork Requirements

Software
Our Printing Software works best with the following file formats from Photoshop and Illustrator.

■  TIF 
■  EPS 
■  AI  
■  JPG

Files provided in In-design, Quark or PDF files will result in additional desktop time and charges.  This will also require that we provide you with a PDF proof of your file

Resolution
Images are best at 150 dpi at final size or 300dpi at 1/2 size.  For Large Graphic and banners viewed from a distance 100dpi at full size is acceptable.

For Larger Images such as popup displays and large banners please refer to template provided as images are best from 90 to 100dps at final size.

File Setup
Convert all text to paths (create Outlines), include all linked and embedded files.

Files will be printed as provided.  Please specify if you require a printed proof for approval.

Scanned Images
If you are providing a scanned image make sure it is scanned at the right resolution for your file size.  If you have questions on required resolution please call our graphics department at 760-727-7708.

Color Matching
Please specify Pantone (PMS) colors required to Match spot colors.  Color Matching will require a printed proof.  Standard Proof is $35.00 ea.

Logos
Please submit all logos as vector art.  If you submit
art as a .tif (bitmap) the artwork may not be good enough quality to print. 

We do offer design services to recreate your logo.
