Returns and Exchanges

We work hard to meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner. Please note our returns and exchanges policy may change at any time.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. Please call 760-727-7708 within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return authorization number. Packages returned to us or our supplier must be preauthorized.

If your product arrives damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, your shipment may be insured by that carrier and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we may not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.

Warranty Information
A variety of our products include lifetime warranties against manufacturing defects and many carry at least a limited one year warranty. Please check the product description of the specific product for more detailed information about the returns policy and/or warranty information for that product. 

Other Returns and Exchanges
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 10 business days for returns. Many items are not eligible for our returns policy, including custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits. Items returned to us after 10 business days will not be accepted.

We understand this is a fast pace, deadline-driven industry and will work hard to meet deadlines for replacements or exchanges in a, keeping in mind your event deadlines.
